Refund Policy

We aim to provide an exceptional value to our business partners through high quality craftsmanship and reliable service. If one of our products do not meet your expectations, we offer a clear return and refund procedure.

General Return Conditions
– Eligibility: In-stock items may be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery.
– Condition: Returned items must be unused, unassembled, and in resalable condition, including all original packaging and documentation.
– Authorization Required: All returns must be approved and require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Please contact with your sales representative and info@nobuconcept.com to initiate a return.
– Restocking Fee: Up to 20% may be deducted as a restocking fee depending on the condition and timing of the return.
– Shipping Costs: Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or shipped in error.

Non-Returnable Items
– Custom-made or made-to-order products
– Items that have been installed or modified
– Discounted, clearance, or final sale items
– Products not in their original packaging

Damaged or Defective Items
– Inspect all deliveries upon receipt. If visible damage is found, note it on the delivery receipt before accepting.
– Report damages or defects within 2 days of delivery, including photos and a description.
– Based on review, we will offer a replacement, credit, or solution based on the issue.

Return Process

2. Receive RMA and return instructions.
3. Repackage the item securely with all parts and documents.
4. Ship the product to the provided return address.
5. Upon inspection, a refund will be issued minus applicable fees within 10–14 business days.

Additional Terms
Exchanges
We currently handle exchanges by treating them as a return and a new purchase. If you wish to exchange an item for a different model or variant, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures you get the new item quickly and the return is processed separately.
Reservation of Rights
Nobu Concept Inc. reserves the right to decline a return or refund if the item fails to meet the above criteria or if the return process is not correctly followed. Items returned without prior authorization (no RMA) or outside the allowed timeframes may be refused and sent back at your expense.
